-Dismantle the oil mist separator;

-Dismantle the vacuum pump;

-Lever off the camshaft sealing cover in the direction of-arrow--1-;

Install the camshaft timing adjustment tool -FVNST 9134-A- and timing adjustment tool -FVNST9134-B- and fix them with bolts at the position where the-arrow indicates "No";

-Install the timing chain on the exhaust camshaft chain;

-Install the timing chain on the crankshaft sprocket;

-When installing the camshaft timing chain, the marks-arrows-of the drive chain/sprocket must coincide;

-Rotate the adjusting tool in the directions of-arrow B- and-arrow C- and install the timing chain on the sprocket of the intake camshaft;

-Install the slide rail of the timing chain and tighten the bolts -1-

-Install the tensioning rail of the timing chain and tighten the bolts -2-

-Install the timing chain tensioner and tighten the bolts -3-

-Insert the bearing bridge and tighten the bolts by hand-arrow-

-Remove the locating pin on the timing chain tensioner -T40011-

-Tighten the bolts of the bearing axle-Arrow-

-Tighten the regulating valve

The rest of the installation work is generally carried out in flashback, and the following points should be noted:

-Install the lower cover plate of timing chain.

-Install the upper cover plate of timing chain.

-Install the tensioner of multi-wedge belt.

-Installing multi-wedge belt
