What does the residence and ESR of Haojue engine represent? What are the differences? Who is better?

Although Haojue has not developed very well in large-displacement vehicles, its small-displacement channel vehicles have been upgraded at a relatively fast speed, and with this upgrading operation, some careful riders have found that the English letters of its engine have changed obviously, from the early residence to the current ESR.

This makes some curious friends want to find out what these letters stand for. What are the differences between them? Who is better? So in this issue, let's talk about the existence of Haojue and ESR.

1. What do residency and ESR stand for?

To put it simply, they are all engine models, whether they are resident or ESR, which is like the fact that Haojue owns DF150, DK150 and DR160. Theoretically, Haojue's engine can be called Zhang San, Li Si and Wang Mazi, which are just the names of engines.

However, it will not be so casual and there will be a certain source. For example, Haojue TSR engine is based on the T- low vibration mute technology, S- energy saving and wear reduction technology and R- high efficiency combustion technology. As for ESR, it is a brand-new engine after optimization and upgrade.

I didn't find any relevant information about the naming of this engine, and the manufacturer didn't make too much publicity. But according to the above convention and some ideas of Haojue naming the engine, I personally think that E in ESR engine stands for fuel saving, because E in ESS of Haojue scooter engine means fuel saving.

From this, we can draw the conclusion that the ESR of Haojue's engine represents E- fuel saving, S- wear reduction and R- efficiency respectively. It is a brand-new model optimized based on the existing TSR powertrain.

2. What are the differences between 2.ESR and TSR?

According to the above introduction, we can see that ESR will make progress compared with TSR in technical application, which makes the difference between them mainly reflected in three major aspects: power output, actual fuel consumption and running quality.

Take Haojue 150-displacement vehicle as an example, in which DK150 is equipped with TSR powertrain, and the newly unveiled DK150 is equipped with ESR engine. Although the actual displacement of these two models is 149ml, and the in-cylinder diameter and stroke are the same, the compression ratio and power data have changed obviously.

Among them, DKS150 not only has a higher compression ratio, but also has a maximum power of 9.3KW and a maximum torque of 12.7N.m, which makes the actual power performance of this car obviously enhanced, and the fuel consumption will also be reduced. After all, its thermal efficiency has increased, and the combustible mixture in the cylinder will be burned more fully.

2. Who is better, TSR or ESR?

As long as you patiently read the previous introduction and analysis, who is better between the two has already had an answer. Usually, the application of more new technologies will lead to the upgrading of engine performance, but in fact, as an upgraded version of TSR, ESR will obviously be better in performance. If it can't achieve this effect, then the so-called upgrade optimization is a cover, but in fact, it still has obvious enhancement performance, so ESR will be better.

To sum up, no matter what brand of motorcycle engine, the English letters in front of it all represent the current engine model, but the application technology is different and the naming method is different, which will have its unique meaning.
